Franci Hernandez, MG’s Onsite Talent Coordinator, recalls a standout memory from Huawei’s Consultants Convention last year:
“The photos capture one of my favourite moments at this company. During the cocktail reception after the convention, one of the appetisers was arepas, a traditional Venezuelan dish. I mentioned to Tamara that this is typical food from my country, and she was open to trying it! I find this moment memorable because it represents the openness and confidence at the heart of our company – where people from different backgrounds come together in a spirit of respect and professionalism to achieve our common goals, both as a company and as a team.”
