Shubham Agrawal Nominated for Wedu Global’s Flame of Solidarity Award

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from the Manning Global family! Our very own Shubham Agrawal, Assistant Finance Manager, has been nominated for Wedu’s Flame of Solidarity Award – a prestigious recognition that honours individuals who uplift others and champion positive change within their communities.

Shubham’s nomination is a reflection of the values she lives by every day – resilience, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to empowering others, especially women and girls across South Asia.

“I’ve been fortunate to have the support of my parents when it came to my education – something not every girl can say. But that didn’t mean the road was easy. Like many women, I’ve faced my own share of professional and personal challenges. Yet backing down was never an option. I’ve always believed in showing up – boldly, confidently – even when the path ahead was unclear.”

Beyond her impressive finance expertise, Shubham also dedicates her time as a mentor, supporting young women in South Asia with their academic and professional journeys:

“I am a mentor for a non-profit organisation where I help out young ladies from South Asia concerning their academics or their concerns related to their career goals. I won’t count this as a hobby as, for me, this is my contribution to the community.”

Her approach to growth and connection is deeply influenced by a powerful piece of advice she received during her studies:

“There was a statement said by the Director of my college: ‘Never restrict yourself to a certain set of people. Restricting oneself restricts knowledge and growth. Always be open to new people, new opportunities.’ I have never forgotten this!”

Please join us in congratulating Shubham on this well-deserved nomination! Her passion and perseverance continue to inspire us all.
