Can you walk us through your professional journey and how you came to focus on business operations?
I gradually moved into business operations through sales roles, where I used to support the 360-degree selling process. I realised I enjoy knowing that I can have things under control, be organised, and help teams work more efficiently. While in sales, most of the time, I couldn’t control what happens on the client’s side.
Can you describe your experience with the recruitment process at Manning Global?
It was the best experience! It was smooth and professional. Communication was clear throughout, and I was well supported and updated at every stage.
What’s the most enjoyable part of your job?
I enjoy bringing structure and process to busy environments.
How do you prioritise tasks when managing multiple ongoing operations?
I focus on urgency and impact, keep clear task lists, and regularly review priorities.
What’s one skill or quality you think is essential for success in business operations?
Adaptability – being able to adjust quickly when priorities change.
How do you keep things running smoothly when dealing with multiple tasks or deadlines?
By planning ahead, breaking tasks into steps, and staying proactive with communication.

What tools or systems do you find most useful?
CRMs, shared calendars, and spreadsheets.
How do you adapt to changing procedures or priorities?
I stay flexible, ask questions when needed, and adjust my workflows quickly.
What’s one skill or tool you’re currently learning or want to improve?
I’m improving my data reporting skills and becoming more data-driven.

Through daily work experience, feedback, and reading SOPs.

When daily processes run smoothly, tasks are completed by their deadlines, and teams feel supported.

What message would you share with others who want to work in business operations?
Stay responsible, organised, and open to learning.
Any hidden talents or creative interests?
I learned piano and flute as a child. I also do some UX/UI design and photography in my free time.

Progress over perfection. There is no perfect moment to start something, just start now.
Advice to your younger self?
Trust the process and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Start building your foundation.

Travelling, reading, and exploring different cultures.

I wanted to be a teacher.
