In this exclusive interview Roland talks about his life in the Zagreb office, his childhood dreams of becoming an astronaut, work trips to Hennef and playing his beloved guitar.
Since March 2017. This is my first job.What made you choose recruitment as a career?
I love working in an international environment, plus I have always wanted to know more about other cultures around the world – so this job is the perfect fit!What does your role at Manning Global mostly entail?
I manage clients and help to develop the business. I am learning every day about talent acquisition, as this is an area I’d like to explore in greater detail in the coming months…What was your first day like in the office?
Challenging, overwhelming… but very rewarding!What is the best thing about your job at Manning Global?
Every day is different. It’s a very dynamic environment here in the Zagreb office – so you never stop learning new skills. Also, good results are rewarded, so you’re always striving for personal improvement.What qualities do you need to succeed at Manning Global?
