What made you choose recruitment as a career?
I was unhappy with my previous job, found the advert for the role of Senior Recruiter and said to myself: ‘you like to speak a lot’, so I applied… the rest is history!
What does your role at Manning Global mostly entail?
I am resourcing on a daily basis, however I am also leading accounts for our clients in Germany.
What was your first day like in the Zagreb office?
It was strange ‘cos it was a new environment, but I was happy to be a part of that team and still am!
What is the best thing about your job at Manning Global?
I get to speak as much as I can and nobody can say I talk too much! 😉
What qualities do you need to succeed at Manning Global?
Honesty, team spirit and lots of positive energy!
What is your advice to someone considering a career with Manning Global?
It’s not easy, but in the end the hard work pays off!
What was your coolest ever work trip?
I would say being the U.S. for six months… then eight months in Greece and a further two in France! I’m lucky that I’ve had so many cool work trips during my 15+ years working in hotel animation.
Finally, what’s your proudest work accomplishment?
In my last position, my department couldn’t achieve their goals for three years running, then I took it over we achieved 100% of our goals for that year!
