Although she’s been with Manning Global less than a year, Andrada has excelled to be one of the top performers in our Timisoara office. Here’s her MG story so far…
How long have you worked for Manning Global and what made you choose recruitment as a career?
I’ve been working at Manning Global for eight months now. I was referred by a friend and have loved the job since day one.
What does your role at Manning Global mostly entail?
You work in our Romanian office, located in Timisoara. What was your first day like?
Exciting, but also a little intimidating, however as soon as I met my colleagues I was fine and raring to go!
What’s the best thing about your job at Manning Global?
The international environment and the opportunities that this experience can give you. Every day I get to speak to people from different countries and learn about different cultures.
What qualities do you need to succeed at Manning Global?
Patience and a can-do attitude: sometimes it takes time to find the unicorn! 😉
You’ve also experienced life in our main office, in Zagreb, how did you find your time there?
Awesome! The Croatian capital is such a beautiful and friendly city. Being there, surrounded by cool people, meant that I never felt homesick. The cafes round every corner became my daily routine and I even shed a little tear when I had to leave!
What’s your advice to someone considering a career with Manning Global?
If you love GIFs, speaking different languages and want to change lives then this is the job for you!
What was your dream job as a child?

To develop my accounts so they are the best performing in the company.
Finally, what’s your proudest work achievement so far?
Definitely my first placement. The feeling I got from hearing the excitement in my candidate’s voice when she was offered the job was something I’d never felt before. In that moment I realised we have the power to make a difference to people’s lives!
