Roland Erdei: I love working in an international environment, plus I have always wanted to know more about other cultures around the world – so this job is the perfect fit!
Nikolina Kresoja: Actually, I feel like recruitment chose me! I was looking for a job and heard Manning Global were looking for recruiters, so I just sent an open application and here I am!
Sibila Klapan Ivandic: Well, I’ve always liked recruitment, ever since studying organisational psychology at Uni. Finding that common connection between people really suits my personality.
What does your role at Manning Global mostly entail?
Jelena Kolar: Mainly I am resourcing on a daily basis, however I am also leading accounts for our clients in Germany.

RE: It’s a very dynamic environment here in the Zagreb office – so you never stop learning new skills. Also, good results are rewarded, so you’re always striving for personal improvement.
NK: This will probably sound like a cliché , but my colleagues. I’ve met some really great people here that I hang out with outside of the office as well. Also, I hear a lot of interesting stories and anecdotes talking with candidates from all over the world. Literally making friendships over the phone sometimes, I love that!
SKI: No day is the same! It’s very dynamic and I like that because it keeps my motor running!
JK: I get to speak as much as I can and nobody can say I talk too much! 😉
How would you describe the culture in the Zagreb office?
RE: Very welcoming – we have lots of friendships, not to mention beers after work 🙂

NK: Well, not that I’ve worked in many offices, but this for sure is not a typical office… in a really good way! It’s quite casual and can be quite loud. Even though we have laughs and share funny stories you will see a bunch of hardworking people in one place. Our priority is always the job that needs to be done. Also, we are a big international group of people from all over the world.
Speaking of the Zagreb office, you moved to HOTO Tower nine months ago… what do you like about the office?
JK: I love that I can ride my bike to work and have the best office view in the whole city!

What was your dream job as a child?
SKI: I was a gymnast as a kid and I wanted to be like Nadia Comaneci. Nowadays, I am too tall for it and it recruitment is less dangerous of a sport anyways 😉
