You work from your home in India – what’s it like? Plus, do you have any advice for people working remotely?
Firstly, I’m glad we work remotely so now I don’t have to run to catch public transport! As for advice, for me, time and trust is very important. Set boundaries, do not mix your personal and professional life, oh and communicate frequently with your work colleagues!
What does your role at Manning Global mostly entail?
Team coordinating; client handling; solving queries; supporting the team.
What is the best thing about your job at Manning Global?
Learning new things! I have a commitment to mastering new skills and a desire to improve every single day. This is all thanks to the motivation and support I receive from my managers and workmates.
What is your advice to someone considering a career with Manning Global?
It’s the best place to work! You will always get support from your team and the management.
What was your first ever job?
Customer chat support; solving customer queries through chat.
What’s your biggest professional goal for the rest of the year?
Learn new skills, increase sales and deliver on my KPIs.

When I was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager within eight months of joining Manning Global.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
I would ensure everyone has the power to have enough food and water – no one should have to beg for it!
